1. Seller Information

This website and all sales of mi-inta products are operated by Speedtechs Pty Ltd (ABN 65 640 088 857), based in Melbourne, Australia. These Terms of Use and Sale (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and your purchase of mi-inta products. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where there is an error in pricing or stock levels.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the site are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of order. Buyers are responsible for any applicable currency conversion or international transaction fees charged by their payment provider.

4. Shipping

Products are shipped from Melbourne, Australia by Speedtechs Pty Ltd. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, or any other local charges imposed at the destination country, except that orders shipped to the United States are sent duty paid.

5. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee: if, for any reason, mi-inta does not work with your network setup, you may return the product for a full refund of both the product price and the initial shipping fee paid at checkout.

  • You must notify us of the issue via the Contact page within 90 days of receipt of your order.
  • Returned items must be sent using a trackable shipping service to the return address we supply in Melbourne, Australia.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Speedtechs Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the product or the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by contract.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

8. Changes to These Terms

Speedtechs Pty Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Your continued use of the website or purchase of products after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
